Ahead of VMworld Europe Scott has just released another 2 chapters (1 from the new book and 1 from the old) from the book for free download.  These and the previously released chapters can be downloaded from here.

Scott Herald, one of the authors (along with Ron Oglesby and Mike Laverick) of the popular VMware ESX book, VMware Infrastructure 3: Advanced Technical Design Guide (and Advanced Operations Guide) has just released 4 chapters free for download on his site VMGuru.

I have found this book (both revisions) a good informative read and is always close to hand for the occasional reference.  I would strongly recommend downloading these free chapters and to have a look if you haven’t already bought the book.
