Recover Deleted Photo’s/Data from a Flash Card or USB Pen Drive.

Accidentally deleted your holiday snaps from your camera’s memory card? Fear not! Although there are plenty of flash card data recovery products on the market most cost money, albeit not much. I have had such a disaster and came across a great free utility called ‘Smart Recovery’ from PC Inspector that will do the same job.

I have used it and can confirm it does what it says on the side of the tin and saved me from re-taking some photo’s I was going to place on the blog.

Another good product I have used to recovery photos from a corrupted photo flash card is Digital Photo Recovery 3 which runs on Runs on Windows 95 / 98 / Me / 2000 / NT / XP / Vista and can be downloaded for free from here.

I have also been informed of a similar product called ‘USB Drive Undelete’ – this may also be worth a look.
