    I know that how to solove the red x in Exchange 2003 server, how about Exchange 2000. Please help. My PC OS is Vista Sp1 and browser is IE7.

    It appears that there is a Microsoft HotFix available for Ms Exchange 2000 to resolve this issue.

    Aparently the name of the file you need is:
    259394_ENU_i386_zip.exe

    Though I would call Microsoft first and have them supply the correct one – just in case there are any problems.
