Just a quick post to remind those of you in the South of England that the London based VMware Users Group is happening Tuesday 24th November.
Simon Gallagher (vinf.net) and myself (Simon Seagrave) will be presenting a session on putting together and running your own VMware vSphere home or work lab. This will cover most aspects of the implementation including real world advice, gotchas and a live demonstration using HP Proliant ML115 G5’s and shared storage (either iSCSI OpenFiler or my newly acquired iomega (EMC) IX4-200 – though haven’t decided what one just yet) – this also includes FT configuration, etc.
I look forward to meeting you and discussing things further. Hope to see you there!
