Hi guys, thanks a lot for you support about vmware ML lab.
I recently successfully install E200 (BBWC) in RAID 5, using 3 disks with size 1 TB each one, and everythings works great!
Now, my lastest question is: is it possible to have some kind of notification in ESXi about disks health?
Thanks again,
m

Hi Monkey,
By default VMware ESX(i) won't see the E200 controller or any of its attached disks and by installing the HP version of ESXi onto your ML110/ML115 will cause it to give you a PSOD after a minute of so. Check out my video here for an example:

Not to fear, all is not lost as you can install the HP agents, perform a slight tweak/hack and it will then work. I've been using it here in labs here for ages and it works well.
Will post a guide on how to do this if it'd be useful.
Cheers,
Simon

Hi Monkey,
It's been a little crazy recently so haven't had time to get the post together though intend to do so within in the next week.
