		<description>Hi Monty,  That is a bit weird regarding the configuration settings not being saved back to the USB key.  Have you checked that the &#039;Read Only&#039; switch hasn&#039;t been set on the outside of they key?  Another scenario where I&#039;ve seen settings not being saved back down to the USB key is when incorrect network gateway settings are specified.  This VMware forum also mentions something similar: http://communities.vmware.com/message/1143850#1143850
